The must awaited thing is here for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) broadband customers as from 1 Aug. the company will be offering a minimum speed of 1 Mbps. This speed will be after high-speed FUP quota without any additional cost or charge. Previously this post FUP speed used to be 512 kbps

A release from the company said, “Now BSNL broadband speed offered will be minimum 1 Mbps after High-Speed FUP quota at no additional cost for broadband customers who are under BB plan of post FUP speed of 512Kbps”. This upgrade in speed is introduced as part of customer-friendly schemes, as of course it will be available for existing and all new customers for the company.

Also before this offer, the company has increased pre-FUP data limits for all different plans available. To check this out officially we request you to visit BSNL website.

Joy doesn’t stop here as previously BSNL has introduced unlimited- free calling facility to all service providers on all Sunday’s w.e.f.- 15 Aug and there is already unlimited night calling facility available from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. on all days.

BSNL also installed ATM machines for bill payment of mobile and landline bills, it works 24 x 7 but customers need to carry bill received from the company or received via email for bill payment. As no doubt, the company is now more focused on enhancing customer experience than before.

With the minimum speed upgraded customers don’t have to wait for web pages to load and downloads at fast speed than before. The company is surely creating competition among broadband service providers and other providers will surely react to this change.
