Are you worried about ‘Always On’ feature eating more battery? Well, you don’t need to worry about that because with the new update battery consumption is less than 1% for an hour if you turn on the feature. It means that the user won’t need to fuel up the battery now and then to accommodate the feature. But, the battery consumption is highly reliant on the kind of content that a user has on his/her smartphone.

The update will most likely debut with a notification on your S7 or S7 edge, but if it doesn’t then you can check for it manually. Just go to your device’s Settings > About Phone > Check for Update.

Comment on how you find this update with new features that are more customizable than before including ‘Always on’ feature.
