Vodafone India the second largest telecom operator in the country in terms of subscriber base recently crossed 200 Million mark. With the entry of Jio in the market, other operators is starting to feel the heat as it provides free unlimited 4G data, voice calls and SMS till 31st Dec. and cheap rates starting next year.

To prevent subscribers from switching, the operator launched an offer where additional 9 GB 4G data will be provided with a recharge of just 1 GB 4G data up to 31st Dec. Under the offer, a Vodafone customer with a new smartphone will get additional 9GB of 4G mobile broadband usage when the subscriber recharges the 1 GB plan. The new scheme is being offered in circles where Vodafone offers its own 3G or 4G services and can be availed by both prepaid and postpaid customers till 31 December 2016.

Customers in Uttar Pradesh (West), Uttar Pradesh(East), Haryana, Karnataka, Gujarat, West Bengal, Kerala , Tamil Nadu , Maharashtra & Goa, Assam, North East states and Rajasthan can avail this offer but only on 4G handsets and limited time as the promotional data is usable in night from 12 AM to 6 AM.

Under this offer, those who recharges with the pack can enjoy free subscription to TV, Movies & Music on Vodafone Play.The offer will be applicable on only those 4G smartphones which were not used on Vodafone network in the last 6 months.
